1. Have I got some extra-costs if I pre-order a product?
You place the order on a standard size for the product as it is shown in the pictures.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the product complexity and fabric availability. We confirm the delivery date after we check the production schedule. The time frame for pre-order products takes 10 to 20 business days + shipping time.
Please advise with Rhea Costa team the date of your event to know if the order can or cannot be done in time. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.If you do not receive an email in maximum 48 hours please contact our Customer Care service.
3. How much do I pay for delivery services?

4. What option(s) do I have if the product is out of stock and my event date is within a week of my potential purchase?
If the product is out of stock or the pre-order / made to measure timing is too long and you have an emergency, please write an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product code you wish to purchase and the event date, and we will guide you for a solution.

6. Can I return e pre-ordered product?

We would like to bring to your attention that not all products can be found in the showroom or in our retailer’s shops all over the world. Should you be interested in taking your measurements and do fittings in the showroom located in Bucharest, Romania, at 14 Doctor Burghelea Street, District 2, please schedule an appointment to visit the world of Rhea Costa and see more designs. For any further information, we kindly invite you to contact us by phone or by email.
This represents an extra charge service. The product that needs to be repaired or modified must be thoroughly evaluated. This may take some time. We would pursue this matter only at our discretion and get back to you with resolution fees and timing.
If you feel like your dream dress would need an extra alteration, we would happily help you out.
We accept extra alterations if you notify us within 14 calendaristic days from the moment you have received the final product through delivery or in our stores.
Alterations are charged according to the complexity of request.
