Shipping to Romania
We ship all over Romania, through our partner, URGENT Courier.
All shipments that are sent by Rhea Costa, are insured against theft and accident damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
We process and send orders during our main service hours (Monday-Friday from 10.30 am to 19:00 pm EET (UTC/GMT +2 hours) – in case we don’t make deliveries, we shall announce it on our site, www.rheacosta-shop.com.

Track order status
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating your tracking number.
For more clear delivery time, please check each product details, where you find each product’s availability or needed producing time, taken into consideration after you have made the payment.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
Customs duties and taxes for the USA
For deliveries to the USA, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded by Rhea Costa in case of a return.
The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 2 to 4 business days. Please note that we bear the costs for the shipment from our warehouse to your home, the insurance of the merchandise and any costs for supplementary documents.
Product prices include all taxes and duties, as well as romanian VAT. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through the contracted courier.
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Before returning within these 10 days you need to send an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. However we can only accept for return non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, damaged or washed, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use. All delivery costs will be supported by the client.
The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
Please be aware that a time frame of 30 working days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the payment method. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. Products purchased during our sales period or from any promotion will not be refunded or returned!
Made to measure products cannot be returned!
We reserve the right to accept the return or not after checking if the items fulfil the conditions requested above.
Worldwide returns (except EU Countries)
Shipping costs, customs and import duties charged at the time of delivery will not be refunded from Rhea Costa in case of a return.
