To add an article into the shopping bag that is listed in different sizes, please first select your size. As a next step, click "add to shopping bag". After the article has been added to the shopping bag, the "mini basket" will open up showing all the articles that have already been added to the shopping bag.
To finalize the ordering process, click the shopping bag and follow the ordering instructions.
For information on the sizes, different shipping and payment methods, simply click tabs "sizes", "shipping” and "payment".
To further complement our services, we have now included the possibility to order per phone during our main service hours (Monday - Friday 10:30 am until 19:00 pm EET (UTC/GMT +2 hours) and Saturday from 10.30 till 14.00 except when we announce the contrary).

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In base of your payment method, your order will be processed and you will receive your status order. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are pleased to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Returns tab.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
When you choose to pay by WIRE transfer, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can send you the order.
