To add an article into the shopping bag that is listed in different sizes, please first select your size then click "add to shopping bag". After the article has been added to the shopping bag, the "mini basket" will open up showing all the articles that have already been added to the shopping bag.

To finalize the ordering process, click the shopping bag and follow the ordering instructions.

For information on the sizes, different shipping and payment methods, simply click tabs "SIZE HELP", "DELIVERY" and "PAYMENT".

Should you want to choose a standard size and on a specific color, click on the color and mouse over the sizes and it will show you if the product you wish to purchase is available in stock or pre-ordered.

Please take into consideration that ordering an available or pre-order product means purchasing it as it is shown in the pictures.

PRE-ORDERS

You place the order on a standard size for the product as it is shown in the pictures.

You don’t have an extra cost.

Delivery times depend on the product complexity and fabric availability. We confirm the delivery date after we check the production schedule. The time frame for pre-order products takes 45 business days + shipping time.

Please advise with Rhea Costa team the date of your event to know if the order can or cannot be done in time. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

If you do not receive an email in maximum 48 hours please contact our Customer Care service.

Delivery services are included.

If the product is out of stock or the pre-order / made to measure timing is too long and you have an emergency, please write an e-mail at orders@rheacosta.com with the product code you wish to purchase and the event date, and we will guide you for a solution.

Yes, you can return a pre-order product. For more details about the return process, please check the RETURN section.

We would like to bring to your attention that not all products can be found in the showroom or in our retailer’s shops all over the world. Should you be interested in taking your measurements and do fittings in the showroom located in Bucharest, Romania, at 14 Doctor Burghelea Street, District 2, please schedule an appointment to visit the world of Rhea Costa and see more designs. For any further information, we kindly invite you to contact us by phone or by email.

This represents an extra charge service. The product that needs to be repaired or modified must be thoroughly evaluated. This may take some time. We would pursue this matter only at our discretion and get back to you with resolution fees and timing.

If you feel like your dream dress would need an extra alteration, we would happily help you out.
We accept extra alterations if you notify us within 14 calendaristic days from the moment you have received the final product through delivery or in our stores.
Alterations are charged according to the complexity of request.
Our online and in-store customer care will gladly inform you about the charges and timings regarding your request.

In order to be able to place an order, you have to register first. In the upper right side, there is a “Sign in” button which will allow you to register. Click the “Sign In” button, then, you will see the “Not registered?” question, followed by “Click here”. After clicking there, you will have to complete the fields with your information: e-mail, name, surname and password. And this is how you get registered.

By placing an order on our website, you give us permission to use your information (including the information added) in order to deliver the products, the services and the information required. This also involves the agreement towards third parties who are involved in the above-described activity. We understand that with the acceptance of the T&C and the SI we have your consent to use the information provided by you in order to exclude any possible fraud. In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. To check whether the desired item is in stock on a certain colour, you have to firstly select the colour, then cross the mouse over the sizes. A message will be displayed to inform you if the selected item is in stock or has to be pre-ordered.

Payment shall be made online when you place your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT. If order accepted, you will be informed about the time and means of delivery

Prices are set when products are displayed on site and include VAT and may change when discount policy applies or the euro-lei exchange rate changes significantly. All prices are into EUR.

If an item is out of stock, we have the pre-order option. Read more about it in the pre-order section.

Yes, except in the case of products which are crafted with handmade embroidery and may encounter slight differences in the pattern/setting of the lace. Also, the color of the fabrics may differ by no more than 2-3 tones.

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In base of your payment method, your order will be processed and you will receive your status order. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.

We are pleased to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Returns tab.

Should you go for a credit card or PayPal payment, the process will be completed and authorized in a matter of minutes. When you choose to pay by wire transfer, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can process your order further to the workshop.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet to check-out

Yes. Final purchase price for orders shipped outside the EU will be calculated with local VAT at checkout. Please note that duties for your country will be applied and invoiced separately through the carrier company.

All prices are final and include shipping. The custom duties and taxes are to be borne by the client.
